ingredients to brushetta
extra virgin olive oil
2 pieces of sliced tomato
pesto
goats' cheese
French or Italian bread.

Instructions:
Slice the bread and toast under the griller or in the toaster;
Spread pesto;
Place tomato slices on top;
Crumble Goats' cheese on top.
Serve.
EAT and ENJOY!
